Computer Medic's service and support offerings are unmatched. Options include depot or on-site service, per incident
or service contract rates, standard or priority response time, network planning and implementation, and custom support packages.

Standard Service - Standard service is our most economical option. Repairs are completed
in the order in which they are received and are subject to longer service turnaround times. Typically, the diagnostic
response time for carry-in repairs is 1-2 business days and on-site service is 1-2 business days. These times may fluctuate
depending upon the work load.
Priority Service - This option affords you a faster response time. Typical response time
for both carry-in and on-site service is 24 hours or less.
Ultimate Priority Service - This option afford you the fastest response time. Typical response
time for both carry-in and on-site service is 4 hours or less.
BREAK/FIX SERVICE RATES:
- Carry-In - Standard Service: $55/hour*
- Carry-In - Priority Service:
$85/hour*
- Carry-In - Ultimate Priority Service: $105/hour*
- *Minimum Fee: 1 hour labor for notebooks and 1/2 hour all other items. Minimum fee is collected when equipment is
dropped off.
- On-Site Standard Service: $85/hour*
- On-Site Priority Service: $105/hour*
- On-Site Ultimate Priority Service: $135/hour*
- *Minimum Fee: 1 hour of labor.
NETWORK SERVICES
Network services includes work relating to the network infrastructure. This includes maintenance, upgrades,
integration planning and break/fix services.
NETWORK SERVICE RATES:
- Standard Service:
$85/hour*
- Priority Service:
$105/hour*
- Ultimate Priority Service: $135/hour*
- *Minimum Fee: 1 hour of labor.
